The Lost Sock uses an internal application called Laundry Reminder Automation to coordinate customer laundry pickup reminders.

Information is used only for the operation and administration of The Lost Sock's laundry pickup and delivery services.

Data storage and security

Access to Google services is authorized through Google's OAuth authentication system. Authorization tokens are stored locally on the business's secured computer and are used to maintain authorized access.

Access to customer information is limited to business operations.
